Great question! Firstly, hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually, plus benefits. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy consistently, meaning you’re paying for idle time.
Our monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for your designer when you have work for them.
Once you’re subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you wish, and we’ll deliver them to you one by one.
Your designs are typically completed within two business days or less on average. However, more complex requests like multi-page booklets or websites may take additional time.

If you don’t have enough design work to fill an entire month, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles operate on 31-day periods. For instance, if you use the service for 21 days before pausing, you’ll have 10 remaining days to utilize whenever needed.
Running Spark is currently a one-person agency led by me, Swapneel, based in Adelaide, Australia. You’ll directly collaborate with me for your design needs. For tasks beyond my expertise, such as animations, video, or custom illustrations, I work with trusted partner designers.
We primarily work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for most design requests. You will receive all the design files along with the final designs.
You have various options to request designs, including directly through Trello, sharing Google Docs, or even recording a brief Loom video. As long as it can be shared via Trello, it’s all good.
We’ll revise your designs until you’re fully satisfied—no worries there!
We don’t handle 3D modeling, animated graphics (like GIFs), videos, or complex packaging.
If you only have one design request at the moment, feel free to pause your subscription after it’s completed until you need more design work. You won’t lose any unused subscription time.
Due to the high-quality nature of our work, we don’t offer refunds.
